Making a new link in the flash template.

Make a new layer and type the text of your link, let it be 'About Us' for example.

Use an 'Arrow Tool' to select the text of your link and in property bar(see the image below) insert some URL, like yahoo.com or your own.

Selecting target _blank will make all pages open in a new window.

That's it! Now publish the movie (CTRL-Enter) and check if it works fine.
